She was by my side when I met him and she'll be right there by me when I say "I do!"  Kinda like that follow-through when you're playing golf.  Anyways, Ronke is one of my best friends in the world and no matter how much we may get on each other's nerves at times we will always remain tight.  She's doing her law school thing in VA right now, but took a summer internship in Dallas for this summer so that she can be around to help me prepare for the wedding.  She is also buying me a BMW when she graduates and starts balling out of control.  Now is that a friend or what?!!  Love you Pumpkin! 

Known as K-Rocka and one third of the B.B.T.M.O.B (don't ask), she's my main partner in crime and is always down for anything.  We've shared some pretty crazy times together from our sorority days at UTD to now, working as accountants and dreamimg of the money we hope to make some day.  She's sweet yet sassy, and always a true friend when I need one.

Better known as Nere, she was a buddy through a buddy that became a cool and close friend.  She knows how to keep it real, from her bangin sense of style to the really good advice she gives.  A Carnegie Mellon graduate, the girl is incredibly smart.  Sometimes I want to just write out a list of things I need a smart person's perspective on and call her up to see what she thinks.     

Tre Clubs for life!  This is one of my sorors and the other third of the B.B.T.M.O.B (told you before).  She's the reasonable one of the group (always need that one reasonable friend).   Erica has always had her stuff together which is why she was a good SK president and she'll always have my respect.  On the other side of her serious exterior is a loving, and easy going girl who I can always kick back and trip out with.

My sweet, soon to be ballin out of control lawyer, sister-in-law.  The first time I saw Nneka after I met Emeka I was like, Oh my!  They look exactly alike!  Fortunately she's prettier than him.  Getting to know her, I've found we have similar tastes and that'll definitely help when it comes time for her to buy me stuff e.g. that Benz as a gift when I have her niece. Love ya sis!

I've known Chika since we were kids in middle and high school.  We're really close family friends because our moms are best of friends and business partners, so she's like my little sister from another mommy.  In middle school she was in all these different sports and I was scared she'd turn out a tom boy because she has 3 older (and crazy) brothers but thankfully she turned out pretty well and I'm so proud of the young lady she has grown into.  

Pronounced Ta-Me-Rah (if you get it wrong she'll correct you!).  Ta'Mara is another really close sorority sister of mine.  She's the friend that I'd whine to about Emeka and she'd whine to me back about her guy to keep it from being one-sided.   I love her cos she's always perky, even when it seems she's hit some pretty rough patches, she bounces right back up and brushes her shoulders off.  She's always a perfect lady, even on a bad day.
